Shipping costs

Goods are shipped via DHL and delivered by Österreichische Post.

Shipping costs are calculated based on the shipping method (Warenpost or parcel), total weight, and dimensions/volume of the order.

1. Warenpost (for small shipments without tracking)

Requirement: Max. weight 1 kg and maximum package dimensions/volume (max. 35 × 25 × 8 cm)

• up to 500 g: €2.90
• up to 1 kg: €3.90

2. Parcel shipping (with tracking)

• Parcel: €5.90

Information on Taxes and Customs

• Deliveries within the EU (incl. Austria): All stated prices include statutory VAT. Within the European Union, no additional customs duties or import fees apply.
• Deliveries to countries outside the EU (e.g., Switzerland, Norway, United Kingdom): Our listed prices include the statutory VAT. For deliveries to non-EU countries, local customs duties, import taxes, and courier handling fees may apply, which are to be paid directly to the responsible authorities by the recipient.
• Shipping to the USA: Shipping to the USA is currently unavailable.
